Inspired by "La voix humaine" by Cocteau, a phone call/monologue of a woman abandonned by her lover.
SEGMENT "IL MIRACOLO"
The story of a poor and mad farmer, seduced by a stranger that she exchanges for St. Joseph. Once pregnant, she believes it was the power of the Holy Spirit and excepts the birth of the child as a prodigy. Mocked by her townfolk, the woman finally gives birth to a bell tower.
